BIOFUEL ADVANCED RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, LLC. (BARD)
is a limited liability company incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania, USA. The Company will be manufacturing Soy Oil-based Biodiesel (B100). BARD has built an experienced, capable team and has built solid relationships with industry leaders to properly position the company for future success.

The production facility will be located on a 37 acre parcel of land at the Keystone Industrial Port Complex (KIPC) located in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. KIPC was formerly the home of U.S. Steel. Located north of Philadelphia and slightly southwest of Trenton, New Jersey the location is easily reached by rail and by water. The area is considered an industrial growth area by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and as a result BARD will enjoy a ten year real estate tax abatement. The site has direct access to a deep water port managed by Kinder Morgan, over 75 miles of rail with two Class 1 Railroads (NS and CSX), access to three independent power generating stations, is designated a KOIZ (Keystone Opportunity Improvement Zone). The site is already home to three other alternative energy companies covering wind, solar and ethanol.

BARD has placed orders for its Bio-Diesel and Solvent Extraction technologies from various German companies and collaborators. BARD has contracted with Eco-Energy to handle the sale and delivery of all biodiesel production. BARD has also contracted with FC Stone, the largest commodity trader in the United States to supply all of the necessary soy beans to produce biodiesel. BARD has contracted with Commodity Specialists Company (CSC) to market all of its residual products (soy meal and soy hull pellets) created by crushing soy beans.

BARD has contracted with Langan Engineering and Environmental Services Inc. of Philadelphia for all required site engineering and permits. BARD has a signed contract with Tech-Start India and River Consulting for all plant engineering, storage, and rail design and construction. Further more, BARD has secured SKB Holdings of Arkansas, a private investment banker, who will finance all of the capital cost (hard assets and construction).

BARD is planning to replace the current soy bean oil feedstock with Algae oil starting in 2010. This will reduce the feedstock cost dramatically which in turn will increase the profitability.

BARD currently is testing the process of growing algae in a Bio-King photo-bioreactor and is extracting oil from algae in its laboratory in its facility in India. BioKing a Netherlands-based global manufacturer of biodiesel equipment is a developer of photo-bioreactors for the production of biodiesel and other valuable bio-commodities from algae, with patented technology. BioKing’s technology requires low capital investment, and has the potential to dramatically improve biodiesel yields from algae oil.
