BARD, OHIO is building a full composite plant in the northeast region of Ohio, first of its kind in Midwest. The facility will combine a 60M gallon biodiesel production plant and a 66M gallon soy solvent extraction plant and a 66M gallon ALGAE cultivation, harvesting & extraction plant. Soybeans and Algae will be used with an established MULTI FEEDSTOCK TECHNOLOGY.

In order to establish the viability of the technology and to ensure a steady stream of revenue, this plant is being built in two phase.

In the first phase, the pilot plant will begin producing approximately 43000 gallons of ALGAE OIL / BIODIESEL PER ANNUM using 6 modules of PHOTO-BIOREACTORS.
In the second phase, additional PHOTO-BIOREACTORS, SOY EXTRACTION and BIODIESEL TRANS-EASTERIFICATION PLANT with a capacity of 60 million gallon will be constructed.

The pilot phase has potential to generate a minimum of 20 direct and 50 indirect employment.The second phase will generate an estimated 200 direct and 600 indirect employment.

BARD has an entered into a sales agreement with TLM Properties Inc. for 63 Acres of Heavy Industrial Land with an improved building consisting of approximately 53,728 square feet at 1000 Bacon Rd., Painesville Twp., Ohio. This location is easily accessible by water, rail and road.
